Client Relations Manager

Job Description - Ilene is JFA’s client service team liaison, assisting the office team and clients with various transactions such as processing account transfers, disbursements, new accounts, account maintenance, and fund exchanges. Ilene manages client relationships by supporting advisors to exceed client expectations.

Education – Studied at Evergreen Valley College – Business Economics

Getting to Know Ilene –

Ilene has been in the securities industry since 2002 when she was started as a receptionist at Wachovia Securities. She then worked her way up to become an Operations Specialist, where she worked cohesively with senior management. In 2008, Ilene joined Morgan Stanley as a Service Associate where she maintained operational duties for complex branches. In turn, this lead to a position as a Client Service Associate supporting multiple financial advisors and their clients.

Ilene enjoys the great outdoors with her husband and daughter, either at the beach, camping, boating, or for a simple bar-b-que at the park with family and friends. She loves tropical weather, beaches, and her favorite season is summer. She also loves to cook for other people and to see their reaction to her concoctions. Ilene is fluent in Khmer.
