Job Description

Lynda is JFA’s client relationship Czar.  Her primary goal is ensuring all client goals and needs are achieved.  She manages all client relationships by providing operational and technical support.  In this capacity, Lynda communicates with clients throughout the year helping them with any and all service requests.  Lynda has been working alongside the founder since 2008, overseeing the day to day operations of the team and striving to exceeding client expectations.

Getting to Know Lynda 

Lynda joined the team after spending six years in the mortgage industry, working closely with clients in helping them meet their mortgage needs. 

Lynda enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter, whether it is at the playground, movies, or just at home playing board games.  During her spare time, she likes to travel, attend concerts, go the theater, read, binge watch Netflix shows, try new restaurants, and go wine tasting.
